Outstanding place! Newly upgraded rooms with top-notch cleanliness, and the bathrooms are always spotless. The bed was very comfortable. Despite the music stage on the first floor, the hotel remains quiet. Traveling with a 1-year-old was a breeze. They provide a common area with coffee, a microwave, and fruit. You can also store your luggage for free after checkout. Excellent value for money!

Ideal location with fantastic food options nearby. The pods are charming and comfortable, with excellent customer service. The hotel's theme is unique, featuring a bar and stage in the lobby. A comedy show during check-in left a great first impression. Loved the basement band performance, it was a fantastic experience. They even provide organic coffee with almond milk. Definitely returning!

Easy check-in, and I could check in early. The room was very quiet, and the capsules offered great privacy. I enjoyed a concert my first night, which was a pleasant surprise. The hallways with pictures and quotes were a nice touch. It was fun riding the nearby cable car with my MuniMobile pass.

All the necessary facilities were available. Despite being in a dorm room, the capsule beds offered a lot of privacy. The kitchen and fridge were significant advantages. The bathroom was spacious. The artistic vibe added to the experience. The location was excellent, close to bus stations and generally felt safe, though caution is advised when walking towards Tenderloin. For the price and central location, it exceeded expectations. One of the best hostels I've visited.

Fantastic music vibe with live local performances every day. The old building is well-maintained and clean. The common space/social area is still under construction, but once completed, it'll enhance the experience. A social hour would help guests mingle more easily.

I absolutely love it here! The bottom bunk in the dorm room is quite low, which can be difficult for someone with mobility issues. However, the staff is very accommodating. Overall, this minor issue doesn't take away from the excellent experience.
